升级注意点，请务必确认

1. 本次升级主要两块较大改动，一个是登录错误次数锁定，一个是多角色多部门用户登录的时候会有一个弹框弹出让用户选择对应的单角色和单部门。选中登录系统便只会识别当前选择后的角色与部门了。

4. 数据库long类型主键从bigint(64)改为bigint(20)
5. 其他无特别需要注意的地方，大家按照以前的习惯进行升级便可
